A spare half hour gave time for a cuppa and a play on the BMX, it would be a shame to be in the office all day.

Nice tricks on that bike.I do suggest you wear a bikehelmet though.Took two serious falls on my bike and if it wear not for my helmet Im sure Id be dead or have a serious head injury.
